During 2009 Booth & Bomford were involved in the development of Upton Estates Bungalow Barn conversion along with the development of a new guest block and swimming pool.
The project was planned to utilise natural resources where ever possible which include the installation of solar panels to aid the heating of the water and swimming pool, the installation of a woodchip boiler fuled by natural woodchip taken from the estate and a grey water system to re-use water and rain water for flushing of toilets and irrigation.
The sanitary ware, brass wear, electrical accessories and lighting were all of a very high specification so the installation had to be second to none.
