COVID-19 Update

We are still open for business during these testing times. We are following strict social distancing and PPE measures for the safety of our customers and our selves.

The health and safety policies to avoid the spread of Covid-19 are of paramount importance and therefore, should you require any work carried out within your property we kindly ask for you to read our customer confirmation and complete the declaration form below prior to any works being carried out.

In advance of our engineers visit to your home and following the spread of the Coronavirus infection, whilst acting as a responsible employer with duty of care to our staff and sub-contractors, we would like to receive reassurance that anyone in your home that is or has been in close contact with individuals at risk of Coronavirus infection is following government advice regarding social isolation.

We therefore ask you to please confirm that:
• There are no suspected or confirmed cases of Coronavirus among people in your home (i.e. a fever, sharp dry cough or mild to severe shortness of breath).
• No person in the household is has been asked to self-isolate.
• No person in the household is currently shielding.
• Nobody within your household has been in close contact with individuals at risk of Coronavirus infection.

Please note that it is not necessary to indicate any personal data concerning, directly or indirectly, the people involved or other data that may allow the identification of one or more people involved.
In order to protect our customers and our engineers we must also request the below is strictly followed:
• Clear the work area prior to the engineer attending and wipe down all surfaces with anti-bacterial wipes or disinfectant.
• Please do not shake the engineers hand or make any other physical contact.
• Please allow the engineer to wash their hands when they arrive at the property and as they leave the property using soap and hot water if available.
• Avoid close contact with our engineer. The engineer must be given a minimum of 2m space at all times while in your property.
• While working in your property please remain in another room to that which the engineer is working in.
• When completed please allow the engineer to vacate your premises while maintaining 2m distance.

I can confirm I have read the above and confirm all points are correct and have full confidence that your engineer can visit our premises to carry out their duties as per the received guidance.
