Radcliffe Observatory, Green College, Oxford.
During 2008 Booth & Bomford were involved in the refurbishment of the Radcliffe Observatory at Green College in Oxford.
This design and build project required great care and attention so as not to damage this ancient monument.
New mechanical heating, plumbing, air conditioning, ventilation and associated controls along with new small power, lighting, emergency lighting, fire alarm and security system was installed within the staff area, refurbished kitchen and common areas with great care taken not to damage the decorative walls, ceilings and skirtings.
All accessories, sanitary ware and brass ware was carefully selected to fit in with the existing decor of the building and installed with minimal pipe work
